RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY
  • Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving of purchase item. Your item must be returned to us in the original condition with the plastic seal on the glass dropper. 
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • In case your item gets lost on the way back to us we advise you to obtain proof of postage.
  • Please allow 10 working days for us to receive your return. Once this is back to us and processed it will take the following time scales to get back into your account:
    pay pal: 3-5 days.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refund if the returns policy is not adhered to.
  • Please contact us immediately info@goodmanfactory.com if you decide to return your purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Please note that we cannot accept liability for any orders that are damaged or lost whilst in transit or after being delivered, or where delivery has been delayed by the courier.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All goods purchased from Goodman Factory LTD are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle them with care and make sure that you send the package by a method which protects the value of the goods. You must retain your proof of postage in the case the goods do not arrive (we advise recorded delivery). If we do not receive the goods within 14 days of receipt, we reserve the right not to process your return. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact, undamaged with the plastic seal, within 14 days of receipt of goods. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that items have been used

RETURNS SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
  • We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.
  • To minimise delays we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
